Although we can still benefit from wearing wholesale sunglasses in the winter, more often than not, we don’t need them. That is because during the winter there is less sunshine each day than there is any other time of the year. This lack of sunshine can result in lack of energy, depression and even Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
SEQINETIC™, a Denmark-based team of engineers, has developed a pair of ‘sun’ glasses, that we are describing as reverse polarized sunglasses.
Polarized lenses help to block glare from entering your eyes, where the SEQINETIC™ glasses reflect soft white light around the wearer’s eyes. This artificial daylight has been found to improve the wearer’s energy levels and mood while lessening the symptoms of SAD.
